Job Title: English Language Instructor

Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified English language instructor to teach courses in their area of specialization.

Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and Instruction: Teach courses in your area of expertise, ensuring content is relevant and aligned with curriculum standards. Develop and deliver lectures, seminars, and other instructional materials.
  • Student Support: Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students achieve their academic goals.
  • Research and Scholarship: Conduct research in your field of specialization and publish scholarly articles. Participate in academic conferences and seminars.
  • Collaboration and Administration: Collaborate with colleagues on initiatives to enhance the quality of education and research. Contribute to the development and assessment of academic programs.

Required Skills:

  • A doctoral degree (Ph.D., Ed.D.) in English or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the subject area with a record of scholarly achievements, such as publications and presentations.
  • Previous teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or graduate level is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to deliver lectures and provide feedback.
  • The ability to foster a positive learning environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
