Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Customer Support Engineer. This position requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot complex issues with Konica Minolta Production printers and related software/hardware.
  • Provide expert-level support for pre-sales operations, including demos, roadshows, and site inspections.
  • Maintain required site kits to minimize downtime and ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Deliver comprehensive training to users on key operator tasks.
  • Foster exceptional customer satisfaction through timely service delivery and proactive issue resolution.
  • Cultivate maximum output efficiency while adhering to committed time frames and budgetary constraints.
  • Promote volume growth initiatives and optimize inventory management for enhanced revenue generation.
  • Be prepared to work in a 24x7 environment as needed and engage in extensive travel to support customers.
