Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Business Analyst in a dynamic environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing solutions to improve our business processes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, document business processes, and develop technical specifications. Your expertise in Salesforce will enable you to drive identification of requirements across business units and identify system processes through evaluation of business objectives, drivers, and success metrics.

Additionally, you will participate in project delivery and process optimization to support the execution of projects using various project methodologies. You will also design agile change strategies to help navigate the transformation process and prepare for future releases.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Analyzing business needs and developing solutions to improve business processes
  • Identifying requirements across business units and identifying system processes
  • Documenting business processes and developing technical specifications
  • Participating in project delivery and process optimization
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of Salesforce CRM experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst required
  • Change management experience preferred
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce platform out-of-the-box functionality
