About the Role:

A leading technology firm seeks an experienced Salesforce developer to spearhead the creation, deployment, and maintenance of CRM solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Critical Infrastructure Management: Configure core Sales Cloud features, implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes to streamline sales processes.
  • Integration & Interoperability: Manage integrations with Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, SurveyMonkey, and HubSpot, ensuring seamless data exchange between systems.
  • System Documentation & Governance: Maintain detailed system documentation, use Change Sets, sandbox management, deployment, and release management to ensure efficient system evolution.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Support: Work closely with business stakeholders, deliver end-user support, and conduct training on new features to maximize user adoption.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Developer (Required), Salesforce Advanced Developer (Preferred).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required.
