Streamline Salesforce Release Management

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps professional to spearhead the optimization of our end-to-end release management processes.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools, a deep understanding of Git workflows and repository management, and expertise in CI/CD pipeline setup and management.

This role involves designing, implementing, and managing scalable Salesforce DevOps pipelines, collaborating extensively with developers and admins to ensure seamless release cycles, and monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing pipeline performance for enhanced scalability, governance, and security.

  • Design and implement efficient Salesforce DevOps pipelines (CI/CD)
  • Work extensively with Git-based version control (branching, merging, pull requests)
  • Automate deployments across multiple Salesforce orgs (sandbox to production)
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth release cycles
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pipeline performance
  • Implement DevOps best practices for scalability, governance, and security
Required Skills
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, Flosum, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of Git workflows and repository management
  • Experience in CI/CD pipeline setup and management (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Metadata, SFDX, and change sets
  • Good understanding of cloud platforms and Linux-based environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Bonus: Salesforce/DevOps-related certifications
