Drive the strategic vision and execution of the product roadmap for HCL's CX portfolio, focusing on Unica Marketing Platform. Oversee a team of Product Managers, collaborating with Sales and Marketing to ensure our offering has the necessary capabilities to win in Business Process (BP) and Global System Integrator (GSI)-led sales efforts.

About the Role
  1. Understand existing customer base and develop incremental features and roadmap to retain customers and drive renewals and license revenue growth.
  2. Identify key market trends and competitive insights to ideate major breakthrough features in the roadmap.
  3. Develop a SAAS solution roadmap blending existing product strengths, optimizing costs, and differentiating in the market.
  4. Execute the roadmap with prioritization and precision in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
  5. Evaluate new feature functions and product versions to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Deliver significant positive movement in key analyst ratings in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
  7. Lead and align PM team efforts to deliver effective releases.

Requirements
  • Proven background and in-depth knowledge of customer experience platforms like Pega, Adobe Marketing, Salesforce Marketing, Hubspot.
  • Knowledge of using Aha or similar Product Management tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Product Management experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with Sales and Development teams is essential.
  • Understanding and/or demonstrated experience of infusing AI/ML into marketing products in a meaningful way.
