Procurement Leadership Opportunity

The Procurement Manager will oversee end-to-end procurement processes for indirect categories, develop and execute strategic sourcing plans, lead RFPs and RFQs, negotiate contracts, build relationships with internal stakeholders, and monitor supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of end-to-end procurement processes for indirect categories (e.g., IT, office supplies, consulting services, facilities, HR, marketing).
  • Development and execution of strategic sourcing plans to deliver cost savings and value.
  • Leadership of RFPs, RFQs, and supplier selection processes.
  • Negotiation of contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Monitoring of supplier performance and resolution of issues related to quality, service, or delivery.
  • Identification of opportunities to optimize supplier base and reduce procurement risk.
  • Collaboration with finance and legal teams on budget alignment and contract terms.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering cost savings and value through strategic sourcing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
