Seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing and developing mechanical engineering components, SPM, and automation systems.

  • Work on multiple phases or sub-tasks of projects or entire projects of moderate complexity.">

Qualifications and Skills:

  • ">
  • Station DRI-Full machine Conceptual design, manufacturing design, DFM, SOP, RF design.">
  • 3D Part modeling, 3D finishing and Assembly Details, cots items spec freeze and localization.">
  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical engineering or Equivalent with 4 to 10 years of relevant experience.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Experience in automation, electromechanical / mechatronics and related concepts.">
  • Well versed with creation, reading and interpretation of engineering drawings and standards.">
  • Wide knowledge of automation products.">
  • Validation of engineering components and concepts through engineering calculations.">
  • Selection of commercial items like Bearings, motor, gear box, Servomotor, sensors, conveyors etc..">
  • Awareness about best machining process, heat treatment process, engineering materials, surface treatment, EDM EBM mechatronics etc.">
  • Knowledge about material handling equipment,">
  • Able to understand and apply limits fits and tolerances, GD & T, surface finish.">
  • Good knowledge of DFx (DFM,DFS,DFA…) concepts.">
  • Knowledge of robotics, robot selection, application is an added advantage.">
  • Well convergent with CAD 2D/3D platform particularly AUTO CAD , SOLID WORKS (Mandatory)">
