Core Initiatives Analyst

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and ambitious individual to join our team as a Core Initiatives Analyst. This role is perfect for someone who loves building things and wants to make a meaningful impact.

This person will work directly with the founding team on building, scaling, and shipping core initiatives. They will be responsible for owning client end-to-end, understanding their pain points, and helping translate those into product features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning the client end-to-end, understanding their pain points, and helping translate those into product features.
  • Supporting the setup of pipelines, integrations, and real-time systems.
  • Collaborating with founders and engineers to design and build core features.
  • Working hands-on with JavaScript, APIs, and back-end systems to bring ideas to life.
  • Contributing to experiments, tech spikes, and new initiatives from scratch.
  • Pitching in wherever needed from debugging flows to shaping early product specs.

Must-Haves

  • 1-2 year of experience (internships/side projects count).
  • Past SDE / Developer internship experience or can understand JavaScript and APIs.
  • Past experience leading tech fests, hackathons or tech societies/clubs.
  • Comfort in client interactions — ability to own conversations and follow-through.
  • Energy, adaptability, and the ability to work directly with founders in a high-velocity environment.
  • Curiosity for AI, data platforms, and integrations.
