Job Description

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for handling customer orders and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Process inbound calls to address customer inquiries and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Maintain open communication with customers to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Follow up on payments and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Manage the ordering process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Enter sales and purchase data into our ERP system.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required by the team lead.
Requirements
