Job Description

We are looking for professionals with extensive knowledge of Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing /Accounting/ERP to process Vendor Invoices accurately and respond to queries to ensure timely payment of these Invoices.

  1. Coach, train, motivate, and evaluate Accounts Payable staff members.
  2. Perform process reviews as per internal controls in process.
  3. Maintain accurate and complete financial, employee, and client records.
  4. Compile, analyze, and report financial information to management and client on a timely basis.
  5. Set and facilitate the achievement of department objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
  • Strong English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Oracle/similar ERP, Concur exp is must
  • Relevant Experience of working in Accounts Payable process.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly in all levels within the organization.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office (especially in Excel).
  • Keen attention to details skills.
  • Ability to handle varied volumes of workloads and to meet targets and deadlines on time.
