Wealth Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Wealth Management Specialist with a strong background in outbound sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advising clients on financial products and a proven track record of handling client interactions with confidence.

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to discuss wealth management and financial products.
  • Advise clients on tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and handling.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Sales: Identify new business opportunities, establish rapport with clients, and close deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Clients Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Background and Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Education and Certification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; relevant certifications like Series 7, Series 66, or CFP.
