The organization has a special consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council, indicating our commitment to global development. As a visionary leader, you will manage our Knowledge Excellence Centre at the prestigious Bhayandar campus, guiding strategic initiatives and fostering collaboration with stakeholders.

This leadership position entails:

  • Expanding current activities and introducing new areas of study, research, and projects that align with our socio-political-economic goals.
  • Monitoring international events and evaluating their relevance and applicability to India's context.
  • Developing and executing training programs, public awareness initiatives, and research projects to support policy-makers through collaborative efforts with all stakeholders.
  • Fostering partnerships with government bodies, academia, and civic organizations.
  • Guiding talent management and development programs to meet new challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the management committee to ensure effective strategy execution.
  • Driving innovation in training approaches using new-age technologies relevant to socio-political, leadership, and governance subjects, aligned with RMP's vision and mission.
  • Providing strategic guidance and operational excellence for campus facilities and expansion projects.
  • Overseeing campus infrastructure, HR, administration, finances, and stakeholder relations through an established team led by the CEO.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • A professional qualification with a Ph.D. preferred.
  • A strong track record of 20-25 years in leadership, education, social research, public policy, or non-profit sectors.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Commitment to ethical governance and public leadership, aligned with the ethos of 'New Leaders for a New India'.
