About Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini

Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini (RMP) is a unique leadership development academy established in 1982 to nurture, impart training and build capacities of elected representatives, political and social workers, as well as people involved in institutions and start-ups.

The organization is also engaged in research in various fields including social, political, economic and agricultural arenas with the aim of taking it to policy level.

RMP has a special consultative status provided by the United Nations Economic and Social Council, making it one of the unique institutions in the entire Indian subcontinent.

Job Description
  • To expand current activities and bring newer areas of study, research, training and projects in socio-political-economic arena to policy level wherever possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and execution of training, public awakening, and research programs to facilitate policy makers through collaborative approach with all stakeholders.
  • Guide and ensure execution of strategy for in-house talent management & development programs to meet new initiatives.
  • Operate with management committee through consultive approach.
  • Overall responsible for the new training approach strategies with new age technologies relevant to socio-political, leadership & governance subjects to fit RMP's vision & mission.
  • Strategic guidance and operational excellence of the existing campus facilities & its expansion projects.
  • Overseeing campus infrastructure, HR & administration, Financials and other stakeholder relations through established team lead by CEO.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of 20-25 years in leadership, education, social research, public policy, or non-profit sectors, industry.
  • Strong track record in program development, partnerships, and team management.
  • Commitment to ethical governance and public leadership—aligned with the ethos of "New Leaders for a New India".
