Social Media Marketing Executive

**Position Overview**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with the company's marketing and business objectives. Manage all company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and ensure consistent brand presence across platforms.
- Create engaging and compelling content for social media posts, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements. Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly to inquiries and feedback from followers.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and industry partners to amplify reach and engagement. Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive user engagement, increase followers, and generate leads.
- Analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversion rates) and use insights to optimize content strategy and improve results. Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and customer service, to integrate social media into overall marketing initiatives. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking, to maximize ROI.
- Monitor competitors' social media activities and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats and make recommendations for improvement. Maintain a social media content calendar and scheduling system to ensure timely and consistent posting of content, metrics, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content for different audiences and platforms.
- Creative thinking and storytelling skills, with a knack for developing unique and attention-grabbing social media content. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).Experience with social media advertising, including campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analyticalx skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
