Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini was established in 1982 as a unique leadership development academy with the goal of nurturing and imparting training to elected representatives, political and social workers, and people involved in institutions and start-ups.

The organization is involved in research across various domains including social, political, economic, and agricultural arenas. It aims to take its findings to policy level and has a special consultative status provided by the United Nations Economic and Social Council.

To understand more about the organization's initiatives such as Knowledge Excellence Centre (KEC), IIDL (Indian Institute of Democratic Leadership), Socio-Political Research, Publications & various programs.

We are seeking a professional who can lead our efforts and bring newer dimensions to the current activities of the organization.

Job Summary

A proven leader with excellent communication and relationship building skills is required to manage programs, supervise teams, and ensure effective budgeting. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in program management, socio-political environments, and be able to identify training needs and offer relevant training programs to socio-political groups.

Key Responsibilities

Establish goals, prioritize projects, create standards, and monitor quality and outcomes of programs from initiation to execution.Work closely with various stakeholder departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A graduate or postgraduate degree in sociology, political science, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (written and spoken) is also required. Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools are essential.
