**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic video editor who will be responsible for assembling raw footage into a coherent and engaging final product. Video editors work with various types of footage, including media bytes, corporate videos, and more. Their primary goal is to bring the vision of the director or producer to life through creative and technical editing techniques.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- This is the core responsibility of a video editor. They assemble raw footage into a finished product, ensuring that the final video meets the requirements of the project brief or script.
- Video editors should be proficient in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects etc. They need to be familiar with editing techniques, transitions, effects, and color grading.
- Video editing is often a collaborative process. Editors may need to work closely with producers, project manager and other members of the production team to ensure that the final product meets everyone's expectations.
- Video editors must pay close attention to detail, ensuring that cuts are seamless, audio levels are balanced, and visuals are consistent throughout the video.
- Video editing techniques and technology are constantly evolving. Editors should stay updated on the latest trends, software updates, and industry standards to maintain their proficiency and deliver high-quality work.
- Before finalizing a project, video editors should perform quality control checks to ensure that the video meets technical specifications and is free of errors or glitches.

**Qualifications**:

- Video editors should be proficient in using industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects etc.
- Experience in editing videos specifically for corporate events is valuable.
- Understanding the dynamics of corporate events, such as conferences, seminars, and team-building activities.
- Video editing can present technical challenges, such as dealing with poor audio quality or integrating footage from multiple sources.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
