Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow administrator to lead our team in delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow, including Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, and ACLs.
  • Create catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, such as identity platforms and facilities systems.
  • Set up and track metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • Lead instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and streamline workflows.
  • Evaluate compliance and governance requirements, preparing for audits and training teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and leadership roles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
