Influencer Campaign Specialist

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Influencer Campaign Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an expert in influencer marketing, you will be responsible for managing campaigns from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include contracting, onboarding, content review, scheduling, invoicing, post monitoring, and reporting.

To succeed in this role, you'll need proven experience as an influencer expert or campaign manager, familiarity with remote work environments, and excellent organisational skills.

You should also possess strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability to new tools and processes, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Contracting: Share agreements with influencers/managers and ensure timely signatures.
  • Onboarding: Send brand briefs, confirm deliverables, usage rights, and agreed timelines.
  • Content Review: Collect concepts/drafts on schedule, check against briefs, send to brands for approval, and relay feedback within deadlines.
  • Scheduling: Confirm go-live dates and ensure influencers stick to posting timelines.
  • Invoicing: Collect influencer invoices once posting is confirmed, check against rates/deliverables, and submit for timely processing.
  • Post Monitoring: Track live posts in real-time, checking quality and compliance.
  • Reporting: Collect post insights (reach, engagement, CPM), compile into client-ready reports by set deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as an influencer expert or campaign manager.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with remote or virtual work environments.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with web-based tools, including Google Sheets and Clickup.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to new tools and processes.
