Job Title: Assistant Manager - Influencer Outreach

At a leading influencer marketing agency, we specialize in celebrity management and video production for top brands.

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and be responsible for identifying the right influencers for a campaign, reaching out to them, getting their commercials, negotiating the cost, and executing the campaign.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and a proven track record of successfully executing influencer campaigns. They should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with influencers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Strategic Influencer Identification: Utilize both quantitative and qualitative methods to identify influencers who align with the brand's target audience and campaign objectives.
  • Proactive Outreach and Relationship Building: Take the initiative to establish and nurture relationships with influencers through personalized communication via email or social media.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with influencers to secure favorable terms and agreements for campaign collaborations.
  • Content Collaboration and Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with influencers to develop compelling content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the brand's messaging and values.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the influencer outreach team and other internal departments to ensure seamless integration and execution of influencer campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the duration of influencer campaigns, analyzing metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

The requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully executing influencer campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with influencers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and experience managing contracts and agreements.
  • Proactive mindset with a high level of accountability and ownership of work, capable of driving initiatives forward and delivering results.
  • Team player mentality with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, contributing to the success of cross-functional teams.
