Job Overview

We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Specialist to support our influencer initiatives across various platforms. You'll play a crucial role in discovering new talent, coordinating collaborations, managing outreach, and tracking performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage relevant influencers that align with our brand values.
  • Pitch collaboration ideas to influencers and maintain timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update influencer databases regularly.
Campaign Coordination:
  • Support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns.
  • Coordinate sample/product dispatch, content deadlines, and posting schedules.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed.
Content & Engagement Tracking:
  • Track influencer posts and compile content for internal and external use.
  • Monitor engagement and compile performance reports.
  • Assist in user-generated content collection and approvals.
Relationship Management:
  • Nurture long-term relationships with influencers and creators.
  • Ensure timely communication and manage basic negotiation.
Cross-team Support:
  • Collaborate with social media, content, and performance marketing teams for content amplification.
  • Support influencer gifting and event campaigns (if applicable).
Qualifications:
  • 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or related fields.
  • Passionate about content, creators, and the influencer ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous internship or freelance work in influencer marketing or social media.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
