Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Creative Campaign Lead to join our team at Evolute Global in Mumbai. This is a full-time on-site role that requires creating compelling content, including press releases, communication materials, and marketing copy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative duties across multiple brands from various industries, handling campaign planning and ideation to scriptwriting and copywriting.
  • Conceptualize and execute award-winning campaigns with exceptional creative quality in every deliverable.

Creative Ideation & Strategy

  • Collaborate with the New Business team to develop breakthrough creative concepts and narratives for pitches.
  • P present campaign ideas, scripts, and creative strategies to clients with clarity and confidence.

Campaign Implementation & Excellence

  • Work closely with the Integrated Solutions Team (Account Planning + Client Servicing) to align on deliverables—from topical posts to full-scale annual campaign strategies.
  • Ensure creative ideas are implemented flawlessly, from ideation to the final product (event, shoot, social media post, or other creative executions).

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Provide clear direction to junior creatives and guide the graphic design team on visual articulation of ideas.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Lead for feedback, direction, and ideation refinement.

Client-Centric Approach & Research

  • Decode client briefs to ensure seamless execution and ideation, delivering work that aligns with client goals.
  • Actively participate in revisions and ensure timelines are realistic yet effective.

Award-Winning Focus & Continuous Improvement

  • Push creative boundaries to produce work worthy of industry recognition.
  • Drive the application process for awards to showcase the team's creative excellence.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A storyteller at heart, with a deep understanding of how words and ideas drive engagement and impact.
  • 5+ years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or advertising.
  • Proven expertise in ideating campaigns, writing scripts, and delivering creative solutions across mediums.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A keen eye for detail, timelines, and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passionate about trends, storytelling, and creating work that resonates with audiences and wins recognition.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum
