Job Description

As a strategic leader, you will oversee the evolution and optimization of our Salesforce platform. Your role is to develop and execute a cross-functional product roadmap that aligns with business objectives.

You will work closely with executive leaders and technical teams to identify opportunities for automation, innovation, and process improvement. Your expertise in assessing business needs and prioritizing investments will drive technology-enabled solutions.

The ideal candidate has 7–12 years of experience in enterprise product leadership, preferably in an IT services or consulting firm. They possess a deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and related CRM tools, as well as experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and sales enablement ecosystems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a cross-functional product roadmap
  • Collaborating with executive leaders and technical teams to identify opportunities for automation and innovation
  • Assessing business needs and prioritizing investments
  • Leading change management and stakeholder alignment efforts
  • Designing and refining user experiences
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 7–12 years of experience in enterprise product leadership; ideally in an IT services or consulting firm
  • Proven experience owning post-implementation product roadmaps and managing enterprise technology investments
  • Deep functional understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and related CRM tools
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and sales enablement ecosystems
