We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Junior Messaging Operations Engineer. This is a full-time, remote role where you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining network operations, managing and troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in VOIP technologies, including familiarity with SIP and RTP protocols, and minimum of 1 year experience in A2P SMS technologies, including familiarity with SMPP and TCP/IP protocols and proficiency in PCAP analysis.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide array of solutions such as SMS, RCS, WhatsApp Messaging, Viber Messaging, 2-way communication message and emails.

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and maintain network operations
  2. Manage and troubleshoot technical issues
  3. Ensure network security
  4. Provide technical support to clients
  5. Proactive network maintenance
  6. Immediate issue resolution

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in VOIP technologies, including familiarity with SIP and RTP protocols.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in A2P SMS technologies, including familiarity with SMPP and TCP/IP protocols and proficiency in PCAP analysis.
  • Ability to prioritize network alarms and incidents to fulfill KPI commitments
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
