Lead a Global Team

Hiring Managers are looking for an experienced leader to oversee international teams. A successful candidate will have strong operational management skills, including handling metrics such as attrition, shrinkage, customer satisfaction, and service level agreements.

What We're Looking For
  • Current Role: The ideal candidate must be currently working as a team leader in an international voice process.
  • Leadership Experience: Overall 3+ years of experience in leadership roles within the BPO/contact center domain is required.
  • Operational Expertise: The selected candidate should have hands-on experience in team handling, specifically managing key operational metrics.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational US shifts is a must.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum of one-month notice period are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a global team to achieve performance targets.
  • Monitor and manage key operational metrics such as attrition, shrinkage, CSAT, and SLA.
  • Provide regular coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their performance and development.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide effective resolutions.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
