Investment Banking Operations Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Investment Banking Operations Lead to lead our global wealth management operations.

  • Redefine our operating models and drive front office and client engagement strategies
  • Manage the transformation of our operations using RPA, data analytics, and workflow tools
Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the design and implementation of operational processes to ensure SLA adherence and effective risk management
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across functions
  3. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and enhance business outcomes
Requirements:
  • Minimum 13–19 years of experience in global wealth/investment banking operations
  • Proven track record of leading large teams (100–120+) across multiple wealth functions
  • Strong knowledge of equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and insurance products
