We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in designing and building scalable backend services, deploying applications on cloud platforms, and implementing monitoring and observability using the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana). This is an excellent opportunity to join our engineering team as a Cloud Architect and be responsible for creating efficient and reliable cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create scalable Python-based backend services that meet performance and reliability standards.
  • Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
  • Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting using the ELK Stack to ensure real-time visibility into application performance and behavior.
  • Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal/external services to enhance system efficiency and scalability.
  • Use Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration to streamline deployment and management of applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Data Engineering, and QA to ensure smooth project delivery and maintenance.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot cloud-deployed applications and services to identify areas for improvement and optimize system performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience with Python (Flask, Django, FastAPI, etc.).
  • Proficient with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong experience with Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK Stack) for log aggregation and visualization.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps principles.
  • Experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows.
