We're seeking a skilled Cloud Architecture Specialist to lead our cloud native journey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing architectural tenets and technology frameworks for our cloud platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing end-to-end container management solutions using Kubernetes.
  • Developing deployable and documented cloud design patterns based on our product portfolio.
  • Leading decisions with research, data, and articulation of several options, pros, and cons, along with recommendations.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various cloud services, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. You will also be responsible for setting up and managing Kubernetes clusters, as well as developing skills in DevOps technologies like Docker, CloudFormation, and AWS CodePipeline.

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • 4+ years of experience in cloud architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Services.
  • A strong understanding of Kubernetes' internal architecture, tools, and challenges around scaling at enterprise scale.
  • Expertise in setting up a Kubernetes cluster and designing end-to-end container management solutions.
  • Experience with key DevOps technologies including Docker, CloudFormation, AWS CodePipeline, AWS CodeDeploy, and AWS CodeCommit CI/CD services.
  • A good understanding of core architectural concepts, including distributed computing, scalability, availability, and performance.
  • Strong knowledge of deploying, managing, and monitoring AWS Cloud Infrastructure - EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, ELB, RDS, and setting up the AWS Network Security.

You will be working with a variety of stakeholders, including development teams, operations teams, and executive leadership. To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
