About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Leader to join our team at Kyari, a leading home decor startup in the D2C space. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through innovative strategies and exceptional leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building Relationships
    • Establish strong relationships with modern trade chains to ensure product availability, visibility, and optimal shelf placement.
  • Sales Strategy
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets, focusing on volume and profitability.
  • Marketing Campaigns
    • Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns tailored for modern trade outlets to drive footfall and sales.
  • Team Management
    • Manage and guide field sales teams to ensure consistent execution of modern trade strategies across regions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in modern trade sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail, or a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the balance between marketing and sales.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in brand collaborations and joint marketing initiatives is a plus.
