We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team, specializing in U.S. Commercial Real Estate audits.

Description:


This role offers the opportunity to work closely with engagement teams and contribute to high-impact audits in a rapidly evolving industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and assist with audits, reviews and compilations for clients in various industries under US GAAP and US GAAS.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and evaluate internal controls.
  • Coordinate planning, fieldwork and wrap-up duties.


Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-5 years of experience within a public accounting firm or US auditing CPA firm.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including responsiveness to US Offices.
  • Strong organizational skills & multi-tasking abilities.
