Seeking a seasoned professional to lead Transfer Pricing initiatives and drive strategic growth.

Job Description:

An experienced Senior Executive is required to spearhead transfer pricing projects, fostering collaboration with partners and established processes. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of TP experience, preferably with a CA qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage transfer pricing projects under guidance from partners and established processes.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on transfer pricing matters.
  • Identify international transactions, draft the FAR analysis, and conduct benchmarking analysis.
  • Prepare comprehensive transfer pricing documentation and study reports.
  • Support tax teams during audits by filing relevant forms and addressing related issues.
  • Ensure seamless compliance through timely filing of transfer pricing forms (Master File, CbCR etc.).
  • Interpret and apply international tax rules and regulations effectively.
  • Display a strong learning mindset and willingness to stay updated on TP laws in India and the UAE for global clients.
  • Assist in TP planning, structuring, and BEPS-related compliance.
  • Support client engagements across advisory, documentation, and litigation services.
  • Draft intercompany agreements that meet regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria and Minimum Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in data analysis and reporting using MS Word and Excel. Strong analytical, research, and communication abilities are also essential. Familiarity with benchmarking tools like Prowess, TP Catalyst, and Orbis is necessary. A degree in CA or equivalent is highly desirable, along with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in Transfer Pricing.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

We welcome applications from individuals with a blend of tax or consulting experience and practical TP exposure. A proactive approach and interest in contributing to business growth are considered valuable assets. The ability to lead seminars and conduct sessions across diverse teams and client groups is also an advantage.
