Tax Strategist

Job Title: Senior Tax Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Tax Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax strategy, international tax planning, and global compliance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• International Tax Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive international tax strategies aligned with our business objectives and growth plans.
• Global Compliance Management: Establish robust governance frameworks for tax compliance, direct preparation and timely filing of corporate tax returns and disclosures, oversee statutory financial reporting and regulatory submissions.
• Transfer Pricing Excellence: Design and implement global transfer pricing policies, oversight of transfer pricing documentation and country-by-country reporting, establish transfer pricing governance processes.
• Tax-Efficient Supply Chain Management: Partner with Supply Chain leadership to optimize tax efficiency in global manufacturing and distribution networks, lead tax structuring for procurement hubs and contract manufacturing arrangements.
• Financial Compliance & Reporting: Direct global financial compliance programs covering statutory accounting and regulatory reporting, oversight of implementation of financial controls and responses to regulatory inquiries.

Requirements:

• Tax Expertise: Proven expertise in international tax planning, transfer pricing, and global compliance management.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
