Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Officer

Job Description:

  • Presents expertise in power sector regulatory frameworks, with a proven track record of handling ARR filings, tariff determination, and petitions before regulatory bodies.
  • Develops end-to-end support for regulatory submissions, working closely with power utilities and commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages the entire process of ARR filings, tariff determination, and petitions before SERCs/CERC, ensuring timely completion and submission.
  • Drafts and compiles regulatory petitions, compliance reports, replies to queries, and objections raised by commissions or stakeholders.
  • Conducts comprehensive regulatory analysis on existing policies, tariff orders, and guidelines to ensure alignment with statutory frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Power / Energy discipline with an MBA / PGDM in Finance or Power Management.
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the power sector regulatory framework.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong hands-on expertise in ARR filings, tariff determination, and petitions before regulatory bodies.
  • Ability to draft and compile regulatory documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
