This role offers a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in transactional processes, financial reporting, and budgeting activities. You will gain exposure to various aspects of financial management, including data analysis, forecasting, and compliance.

  • Record and verify day-to-day financial transactions with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Assist in preparing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports with precision.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting by gathering and organizing relevant financial data.
  • Help maintain accurate financial trackers and spreadsheets, ensuring seamless data integration.
  • Collaborate with teams to provide timely updates and reports on financial performance.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable entries, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Contribute to month-end closing activities, including reconciliation and documentation.
  • Provide critical data support for tax filings and audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop simple dashboards, presentations, and summaries to facilitate internal communication and decision-making.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Superior communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with finance software, including Tally, Quickbooks, Zoho, and Xero.
