Job Title: Finance Operations Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Finance Operations Coordinator. This role will be responsible for preparing, verifying, and processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
This involves reconciling discrepancies in invoices and resolving queries with internal teams/vendors. Maintaining invoice records and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements is also a key aspect of this role.
The successful candidate will assist in preparing month-end invoicing reports and supporting documentation for audits. They will also be responsible for following up with clients/vendors for pending payments or clarifications.
Administration support includes handling day-to-day administrative tasks such as documentation, record management, and correspondence. The Finance Operations Coordinator will liaise with cross-functional teams to streamline invoice approvals and resolve discrepancies.
Ensuring proper filing and archiving of financial and administrative records is crucial. Adhering to organizational policies, internal controls, and compliance requirements is also essential.
Key qualifications include proven experience in office administration and vendor coordination. A strong educational background along with relevant administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in office software are necessary.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills are required. Competency in the Microsoft Office suite encompassing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. is also essential. Proficiency in MIS development and management is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role. The Finance Operations Coordinator must have a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
