Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, providing timely and effective support to our customers via various channels. You will work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and issues related to Airtel Black services via phone, email, or chat channels.
  • Assist customers with account management, service activation, billing inquiries, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Communicate effectively in English and at least one South Indian language to cater to our diverse customer base.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proficiency in English and at least one South Indian language (such as Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam).
  • Graduation degree or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a 5-day week with 2 rotational days off.
  • Prior experience in customer support or telecommunications is preferred but not required.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of ₹250,000 - ₹300,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
