Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ITSM modules of ServiceNow, including CMDB, integrations, and scripting.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A deep understanding of REST, WSDL, JSON, and ability to integrate with other third-party applications like SPLUNK, APP Dynamics etc.
- Experience working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, JavaScript, JQuery, prototype, and Jelly scripting used in ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of working with different kinds of scripts in ServiceNow and their order of execution.
- Experience working with email notifications, inbound actions, reports, gauges, and home pages.
- Working knowledge of Performance Analytics and Reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and take advantage of new technologies and concepts.
- Good understanding of customer requirements and pain points.
Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
