Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Safety and HSE Engineer to lead our process safety initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of our facilities and minimizing risks associated with our processes.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical, process, environmental, or safety engineering and a proven track record of implementing effective process safety management principles.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead HAZOP, HAZID, SIL/LOPA Studies to ensure compliance with process safety management principles
  • Prepare and review safety philosophies, fire risk assessments, DSRs, and hazardous area classification
  • Develop QRA, FERA, ESSA, and other safety studies as needed, collaborating with third-party experts when required
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in chemical, process, environmental, or safety engineering
  • Strong knowledge of PSM, risk assessment, and HSE regulations
  • Proficiency in tools like PHAST, PHA-Pro, BowTieXP, and DNV Software

Key skills include process safety management, HAZOP, QRA, LOPA, FERA, and SIL assessment.
