We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and oversee our sales and marketing activities within the dental healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all sales and marketing activities to achieve and exceed business targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans aligned with company objectives.
- Promote various dental implants and ensure their optimal usage across different channels.
- Organize and execute promotional programs, sales presentations, and advertising campaigns for new product launches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, medical professionals, opinion leaders, hospitals, and private dental practitioners.
- Network effectively to monitor and ensure adequate stock levels at dental clinics, institutions, hospitals, and dental colleges.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
- Analyze sales data to inform decision-making and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to enhance performance and achieve sales targets.
- Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback and support to the team.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure all sales activities are documented accurately and comply with company policies and standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma), Master's in Pharmacy (M.Pharma), or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma).
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry.
- Consistent academic record with a minimum of 55% marks in all academic years.
- Candidates should be above 28 years of age.

- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in market analysis and strategic planning.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for sales management and reporting.
