About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Nergy India Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships in the EdTech industry, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and internal teams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the EdTech industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, revenue expansion, and sales team performance.
- Strong business acumen, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience with CRM tools and data analysis software, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators.
