We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Nergy India Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships in the regional market, with a focus on the Edtech industry in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions, addressing their needs and providing support to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate agreements and ensure strong collaborations, providing a delightful experience for partners and leading to high retention and NPS.
  • Meet and overachieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly business targets, while continuously learning and upgrading product knowledge, sales skills, and market understanding.
  • Develop and present winning proposals to clients, leveraging strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track contacts, leads, pipeline deals, and forecast, with experience in selling online education being a significant advantage.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills, with experience in sales management, including pipeline revenue forecasting, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Strong business acumen and B2B relationship building skills, with prior experience in selling professional courses being an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, with a Master's degree being seen as an added advantage.
  • Experience working for a rapidly growing company is strongly desired, with experience working with a learning/ higher education/ EdTech company being a plus.
