Project Executive

We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead our projects from initiation to closure. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

  • Identify and prioritize business needs and develop effective project plans to meet those needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and commitment to project objectives.
  • Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with project cost estimation and budgeting processes.
  • Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
