Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned project leader to drive full project lifecycle for high-priority and strategically important projects. As a key team member, you will deliver projects successfully, provide leadership in managing teams, stakeholders, resources, and risks.

  • End-to-End Project Management: Lead large-scale and complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Budget & Resource Allocation: Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring resource allocation is efficient and costs are controlled.

The ideal candidate will have 8-11 years of experience in managing large, complex projects in delivery and project management roles, with a focus on high-quality execution and client satisfaction. They should possess expertise in SAP, strong proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid approaches. Additionally, they should have excellent leadership skills, stakeholder engagement experience, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience in managing large, complex projects in delivery and project management roles, with a focus on high-quality execution and client satisfaction.

Expertise in SAP and proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
