Objective:

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in HR and experience in the real estate industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, handling employee grievances, coordinating training and development programs, conducting performance appraisals, and ensuring that the company's HR policies align with its business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policies and Procedures:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor regulations.

  • Employee Relations:

  • Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

  • Training and Development:

  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  • Performance Management:

  • Conduct performance appraisals to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.

  • Compliance:

  • Ensure that the company's HR policies align with its business objectives and comply with labor regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience:

  • Experience in the real estate industry is an asset.

  • Skills:

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
