Online Community Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to create and implement an effective online presence strategy, enhancing engagement with clients and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing digital content across various social media platforms, crafting sales & marketing strategies, and promoting our hair transplant services.

  • Develop a comprehensive online presence strategy to promote our hair transplant services, including both online and offline channels.
  • Create engaging content and collateral to showcase the benefits of hair transplant procedures and increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns aimed at increasing revenue and market share.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the hair transplant industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key physicians, referral partners, and industry influencers.
  • Manage advertising and media campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising channels.
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies for success.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in multiple social media platforms
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in developing content strategies for social media
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Ability to create engaging and relevant social media content
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and trends
  • Relevant certification or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
