Job Title: Lead & Digital Commerce Strategist

 

Job Description:

As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will drive business growth through direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels on our website and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the P&L for D2C and social commerce channels, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth.
  • Driving business growth by experimenting with new models, collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders, and delivering exceptional customer experience across all digital touchpoints.

Website Strategy:

  • Developing and executing a world-class website strategy to enhance user experience, checkout speed, and personalization.
  • Building and scaling social commerce initiatives across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Performance Marketing & SEO:

  • Working closely with the performance marketing agency to drive customer acquisition, retargeting, referral, and affiliate programs.
  • Partnering with the SEO agency to improve organic visibility, search rankings, and content performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborating with the product team to improve offerings like antivirus software and anti-fraud services, using consumer insights to guide optimization.
  • Partnering with Brand, IT, Strategy, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and commerce execution.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Setting up dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) like traffic, gross merchandise value (GMV), cost per acquisition (CPA), customer lifetime value (CLV), return on ad spend (ROAS), and social commerce contribution.
  • Presenting insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.

Ecosystem Engagement:

  • Collaborating with influencers, marketplaces, affiliate partners, and other ecosystem players to drive business and brand outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in P&L management and scaling D2C businesses.
  • Expertise in website commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WordPress).
  • Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, GEO, and social commerce ecosystems.
  • Hands-on knowledge of performance marketing tools and affiliate management.
  • Strong analytics capabilities with Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and heat-mapping tools.
