We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient project management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Hiring and Employee Management:
- Selecting and screening candidates for various roles.
- Maintaining employee records and coordinating payroll inputs.
- Tracking attendance and managing leaves to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Supporting employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Office Operations and Coordination:
- Overseeing daily office tasks and maintaining a productive work environment.
- Coodinating with vendors, freelancers, and external partners as required.
- Assisting in tracking projects and following up with teams.
- Shoot and Production Support:
- Providing logistical support to the creative team during client shoots.
- Managing props, crew arrangements, and client communication on shoot days.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, Admin, or Operations, preferably in the creative industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proactive and resourceful, with a willingness to take responsibility across multiple functions.
