
Human Resources Business Partner

The mission of this role is to empower employees to maximize their potential. This will be achieved by supporting the HR team in various activities including talent acquisition, HR operations, and people engagement.
About This Role:This position requires a professional with 5 years of experience in HR roles. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in hiring and HR data management. Experience working in development and non-profit sectors is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with school leaders to define staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment; Collaborate with senior managers to identify high-risk or critical roles and develop a proactive recruitment plan; Manage the end-to-end hiring process including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer rollout for all school-based roles.
- HR Operations, Data & Compliance: Oversee all HR operations for Nagpur schools including onboarding, payroll coordination, and related documentation; Ensure statutory compliance with applicable laws.
- People Engagement & Culture: Serve as a key partner to all schools in Nagpur in addressing team-level concerns, people issues, and morale challenges; Support the resolution of employee queries and concerns with empathy and fairness.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's/Master's degree preferably in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology;
- Minimum 5 years experience in relevant work experience in HR roles;
- Proven experience in hiring and HR data management;
