We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to lead operational activities for our organization. The individual will be responsible for managing all HR operations and supporting business partners effectively.

  • Resolve employee queries and concerns efficiently, tracking resolution within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Implement the discipline policy and code of conduct across the organization.
  • Maintain an attrition rate of 5% or below through effective engagement and retention strategies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate engagement action planning, record minutes, action points, responses, and track progress, ensuring timely communication of closures.
  • Ensure timely sign-offs of key result areas from new employees and during role changes.
  • Coordinate completion of half-year and annual performance appraisals.
  • Monitor adherence to training plans and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and collect data to analyze employee turnover trends and propose corrective actions.
  • Focus on employee retention by identifying key factors influencing attrition.
  • Work on branding and intelligence initiatives to boost employer brand presence.
  • Ensure adherence to security policy, zero tolerance policy, unified privacy policy, disciplinary policy, and learning agreement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, industrial relations, human resource management, or any related field, with significant experience in HR roles within a BPO/Call Center environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of labor laws.
  • Experience in handling employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage and resolve employee concerns effectively and efficiently, tracking and reporting outcomes.
