Job Title: Senior Human Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, Factory Act provisions, and company policies to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost productivity and morale through regular communication and recognition programs.
  • Address employee grievances in a fair and structured manner using established grievance redressal procedures.
  • Maintain harmonious employee relations by fostering open dialogue and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Collaborate with functional heads to understand manpower requirements and drive effective recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and lead onboarding, training, and capability-building programs to enhance employee skills and align with business needs.
  • Drive performance management processes, ensuring timely appraisals, constructive feedback, and career development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, adhering to data protection and privacy guidelines.
  • Oversee plant administration, including transport, travel, office management, and facility maintenance.
  • Act as a strategic partner in plant operations, change management, and project completion, driving business growth and success.
  • Partner with regional and corporate HR teams to implement HR policies, systems, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Personnel Management (MBA/MSW/PGDM or equivalent).
  • 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing/plant HR.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory act provisions, and industrial relations.
  • Demonstrated experience in statutory compliance, contract workforce management, and leadership development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive change and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
  • Crisis management and problem-solving skills to address emerging challenges and issues.
